Raina Macks, born in Virginia and raised in Loxley Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of South Alabama in Criminal Justice. Currently she works as the Drug Court and Mental Health Court Coordinator for Baldwin County. She lives with her husband, Chad Macks, in Robertsdale. Their son Aiden Macks attends Auburn University. Raina has possessed a lifelong love of the arts, being a dancer in her younger years and finding comfort in painting when becoming an empty nester. With the encouragement from a friend who shares passion for art, Raina began showing her work in local boutiques. Such as Fish River Furnishings and Art Gallery, and Lupercalia Gallery. She loves to spend her newly found free time experimenting with abstract styles, and mixed media materials creating dynamic works of art. In her own words, " Releasing the days anxieties into canvas and seeing the results are somewhat of an addiction."
